Returns & exchanges

We are upset if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Contact our customer service representative by sending us a ticket on your account. Indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the package well.
3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return policy.
